WINUBA is named for a mountain in the Eastern Sierra Nevada range, a place connected to my Paiute community and identity. Mountains don't announce themselves. They stand through changing seasons, witness generations of stories, and remain rooted in place.

In many ways, WINUBA reflects how I approach my work…steady, grounded, and guided by relationships. The stories, projects, and communities I've had the privilege to work with are the surrounding peaks that have shaped my journey.

About

For more than a decade, I've worked across media organizations, production, operations leadership, and community storytelling. Along the way, I've helped produce live election coverage, supported the creation of a daily Indigenous news program, documented community events, interviewed Elders, and created stories that celebrate Indigenous cultures, knowledge, and experiences.

Take Action

Through storytelling, media production, and strategic guidance, I help communities and organizations share stories that preserve knowledge, strengthen relationships, and create understanding.
